Boxing makes me happy

Actually I've figured out time and again that morning workouts make me a much more pleasant person, it's just so damn hard to get out of bed!

I did have to stop twice to cough up some gunk and blow my nose, but I think I got a lot out of it. My biggest question, why do I sweat so much more than everyone else?

Newly inspired

After watching the Biggest Loser finale I am all sorts of motivated!

Danni is so amazing and makes me want to work hard too. I guess it would help if I had Jillian Michaels cell phone number so she could yell at me.

After taking a week off with a cold I'm ready to get back at it! I did manage to get 20 miles in between Thursday and Sunday, but I felt like death.

So boxing in the morning and then speed work at night. Tons of time until the race, but I'm more excited for the journey!
