Super Extra Sore

Crossfit last night. 6 rounds. 
30 seconds AMRAP 65# Thrusters
30 seconds rest
30 seconds Double Unders
30 seconds rest
30 seconds rowing for calories
30 seconds rest
182 total reps/calories!

And today I'm as sore as can be. 

Was supposed to go swimming tonight, and I took a nap instead. Tomorrow I shall do cardio, tonight I'm posting a silly picture from Halloween!
