This week

I'm starting to think I may have gotten a stress fracture in my foot during the marathon. Icing and hoping for the best. 

But I still went to Crossfit last night. 

Worked up to a heavy jerk single of 115#

Then...

100 Double Unders
20 Weighted Sit-ups (10#)
75 DUs
15 WSU
50 DUs
20 WSU
25 DUs

14:00 FLAT!!! Not too bad for taking a week off. 

Then I took today off because I was supposed to be on a Grouper Date, that got rescheduled, for the third time. But I had a glass of wine, so WIN!
